Stables Cuisine was founded by Phyl Lomas in 1998, to provide delicious home cooked food at Dinner parties in the comfort of the clients own home and her motto was "you relax with your guests, we'll do the work"

Over the years the business has expanded to become one of the North West most successful catering establishments with Phyl still firmly at the helm - from the initial enquiry to the end of the event day.
