"Planning a Country Church Wedding with the reception in a marquee is very stressful. Good planning is paramount.
Like all brides I did lots of research and finding Phyl at Stables Cuisine was a great find. Phyl certainly knows her business. From ur first contact, to us going to Phyl's house for food tasting, Phyl was very professional and instantly put our minds at ease.
As my special day approached and the Marquee was being erected I did wonder how everything would come together.
Phyl and her staff were amazing, so helpful, extremely professional and courteous. From the moment our guests arrive they were greeted with mouth watering canapés and chilled champagne.
How such amazing food was product from such a limited space within the marquee was incredible. All the food was presented beautiful and the main course was lovely, hot and tasted delicious.
The waiting and bar staff did a magnificent job making sure all our guests where looked after and as the day progressed in to the night, again the bar staff did a marvellous job. A wonderful night of celebration was had by all.
