Testimonials
The following is what are previous clients have had to say about us...
Mhari and Michael Oakes (Wolverhampton Wanderers football player) hired Phyl for the evening to cook a Mother's Day meal for family and friends.
The couple have eaten in some of the best restaurants in the world including Gordon Ramsay's Verre, the three-star Michelin chef's first restaurant outside the UK.
Michael said: "Phyl's food is absolutely delicious - better than anywhere I've eaten before.
"Stables Cuisine is Cheshire's best kept secret. One of her signature puddings is a chocolate and pear sponge pudding. It's freshly-baked, light and literally melts in your mouth."
Mhari added: "Phyl cooked the entire meal in front of our eyes which made it extra special. She explained everything step by step and even gave us the recipes afterwards so that we could have a go at making them ourselves. Not every chef will share their secrets, so it was a refreshing change.
"The mushroom risotto she made was amazing. It was hot and creamy, with a perfect consistency. I've since had a go and making it myself. Although it wasn't quite as good as Phyl's I enjoyed following a simple recipe that tastes great. I find that many of the professional chefs - even Jamie Oliver - make cooking too difficult because their ingredients are hard to find in the supermarket and many of the recipes take too long to make."

Neal and Julia Samarji were first introduced to Stables Cuisine through a mutual friend.
Julia said: "We were invited to a cookery demonstration by a friend and we have been back with other friends several times.
"She was so good that I decided to ask her to cater for my little girl's christening. It was at a famous hotel in Cheshire, but we decided their the hotel's buffets were too expensive, and for a small fee they agreed to let us use an outside caterer. It was far more cost effective and we knew the food would be fantastic.
"Phil is such a likeable person and she is so helpful, I have since recommended her to friends."

Alan and Sue Hellman of South Downs Road, Hale, have visited Stables Cuisine in Hartford for a meal, and have used the outside catering service.
Sue said: "We first used the catering service for a housewarming and it was so good we decided to ask Phyl to cater for a 50th birthday, for 100 people.
"She was so helpful, and all her staff were friendly. We found working with Phyl a pleasant experience; she is very easy to get on with. "The food is always lovely and she is very well organised.
"Knowing the catering was in such safe hands for the parties really took the stress away.
"I have recommended her to friends and a lot of them have since used her service."

Retired Alan Whittenbury of Hale Barns, Altrincham, has recently enjoyed a meal with wife, Sara, friends at Stables Cuisine.
He said: "It was all very nice and we had a lovely night.
"I would certainly recommend her. As I remember, the food was fantastic. I have been two or three times, for celebrations, or just to enjoy a nice meal, and I would definitely go again."

Vale Royal Borough Council used Stables Cuisine at the official opening of Castle Park House, to celebrate the £2.2 million refurbishment of the House. His Royal Highness The Duke of Kent, KG, attended the event.
Anne Bingham-Holmes, Chief Executive said: "Our event allowed us to show partners, local businesses and members of the community all the hard work that had gone into turning Castle Park House into a thriving community facility.
"Stables Cuisine helped make the day extra special for all our guests. The food was excellent (the sweets were out of this world) and Phyl's attention to every small detail ensured that our guests were well cared for. People are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food.
"Phyl and her staff were a delight to work with and we wish her lots of success for the future".
